• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period
• Access continues until the end of the paid period

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vylithovaria, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
